Refund policy
Online Purchases
Any item received not to your liking can be returned up to 7 days after the posted Delivery Date for a Refund or Store Credit (your choice).
To Return Online Purchases:
1. Please contact us via email [info@perlebylola.com] or Instagram [@perlebylola] to notify us of your return request and reason.
2. Mail back the item to our address in the original packaging and email or message us with tracking information.
3. Once received and processed, we will send you an email of your Refund / Store Credit for the cost of your goods, minus the shipping.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. Perle by Lola is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

Jewelry Purchases
Customized Jewelry purchases are Final Sale. During your consultation via Email or Instagram Messaging details such as Length, Price, and fit will be addressed. Any pieces that required adjustments such as length to be shortened or extended are also Final Sale as this process requires making a brand new piece to accommodate requests.
Should any Jewelry Purchase require adjustments made after purchase the client is responsible for all shipping charges.

In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases can be returned for a Store Credit or Exchange within 7 days of purchase. Clothing must be returned unworn and in New condition to receive any credit. All exchanges are Final Sale.
Any Items purchased on Sale are Final Sale and cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
Sale Items:
All Sale Items are FINAL SALE.
Perle by Lola reserves the right to refuse a refund/ store credit or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
